Monday night I found a new recipe I could hardly wait to make. It is Honey Sauced Chicken from The Shrinking Kitchen. I absolutely love finding Weight Watchers blogs, because they always have the nutritional content information. I cooked my chicken with a side of wild grain rice and steamed broccoli, threw it all together in a bowl and poured some of the sauce over all of it! It's so good, and the best part is that it is a crock pot recipe! Give it a try!
Here's a picture of mine:
I found a recipe on Pinterest (of course) for a Skinny version of Lasagna! It sounded somewhat easy, so last night I gave it a shot. It was so delicious! The recipe is from HelloKatee over at My Fitness Pal (which is awesome by the way).
The best part is, I got to use my new plate :)
MyFitnessPal is a great website for people who are trying to lose, gain, or maintain their weight. They have a huge database for you to search food you ate throughout the day and it keeps an online journal for you. It totals the nutrition facts and tells you how much you have left throughout the day! If you join, friend me here!
